Merry Xmas to you too Brittany. Love the sound of that pork. We had roast chicken and turkey, ham, boiled eggs, coleslaw, tinned cornand baby beets, with plum pud and custard and cream for dessert. There was also Christmas cake made by my mum and rum balls and apricot balls for treats. Hope Santa was good to you.

ReplyDeleteOh Brittany your Christmas dinner sounded wonderful.
ReplyDeleteFor ours we shared it with some Greek friends--- today we had the traditional turkey roasted with baby potatoes, carrots, beans, gravy, cranberry sauce --- very very traditional --- the stuffing is made with pine nuts bacon, onion, sage, lemon and onion, I must say it is yummy.
To follow it's Pavlova with cream...and fresh fruit. Right now I am full but might have room for another glass for champers.. x
Merry Christmas!
